The competition, now well established as one of the main guidance interventions for young people, is aimed at high school students in the province, in charge of developing their own presentation of the company they visit.<\/p><p>On Tuesday 19 October 2021, the class 4 A \/ C AFM of the &#8220;G. Ginanni&#8221; Commercial Technical Institute of Ravenna came to discover the history, organization and production process of the companies of the Dosi Group.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-11b5352 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"11b5352\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-97b14f0\" data-id=\"97b14f0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14a2584 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14a2584\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The reception took place in the new covered space between the two factories. After a short presentation, Mr. Alberto Dosi introduced the students to the company by telling them a bit of the history of the Dosi Group and answering the questions and curiosities of the class both about the company and its experience. Mr. Dosi also highlighted to young future accountants and administrators how, this experience within his reality, could be useful to them to better understand the process that leads the processing of raw materials to acquire value within the company, through its transformation into a finished product.<\/p><p>The visit inside the company began with the carpentry and welding departments of Dosi Costruzioni Meccaniche Srl, then moving on to mechanical processing and quality control. Before starting the visit inside Baruffaldi, there was a pleasant break that allowed the guys to deepen the departments and the processes just seen and some aspects of the company. After the break, the tour restarted from the extrusion line of Baruffaldi Plastic Technology Srl, where Mr. Dosi explained to the students the extrusion process and the various machines and equipment for the plastic processing sector that are designed and built by the company. At the end of the tour, the owner led the students inside the various offices, to let them touch the work that is done daily.<\/p><p>Mr. Dosi then greeted the students and advised them to\u00a0always be curious, because curiosity is a fundamental aspect in the workplace and not just to do their job, but to commit themselves to better understand the production cycle and all the corporate assets.<\/p><p>During the award ceremony on 09.11.2021, the class won the &#8220;Absolute Textual Format Award&#8221; thanks to the paper they produced entitled &#8220;Return in presence&#8221;. The text, complete with images and well structured, was very appreciated by the jury, it was the best.
