Great turnout at the Dosi Group’s Open Day: new milling center unveiled and acquisition of Italsigma announced

On June 25, 2025, as part of the Festival of Industry and Corporate Values promoted by Confindustria Romagna, the Dosi Group welcomed a large and attentive audience to its headquarters, including clients, suppliers, collaborators, partners, and representatives of institutions, among them the top officials of Confindustria Romagna.

The event, centered around transparency, sharing, and dialogue, was an important occasion to highlight the Group’s industrial identity and to present two key strategic announcements for the company’s future.

The first was the official unveiling of a new, state-of-the-art milling center. This advanced technology enhances the company’s already extensive machinery fleet, further strengthening its production capacity and reaffirming its ongoing commitment to technological excellence and quality.

The second announcement, delivered directly by the CEO, Dr. Alberto Dosi, concerned the acquisition of a majority stake in Italsigma, a company active since 1982 in the design and production of customized systems for industrial product testing. This strategic operation opens new perspectives in the field of industrial verification and quality, enhancing the Group’s competitiveness through synergies and vertical integration.

“This is a moment of great enthusiasm and growth for us, built day by day with the passion of our entire team,” said Dr. Dosi. “With the introduction of new technologies and the acquisition of Italsigma, we are strengthening our commitment to innovation, industrial solidity, and the continuity of our core values: quality, reliability, and attention to people.”

During the day, guests had the opportunity to visit the production department of Baruffaldi Plastic Technology, another center of excellence within the Dosi Group, where they enjoyed live demonstrations of internally developed technologies for processing plastic pipes and profiles, in a participatory and dynamic atmosphere.

The success of the Open Day confirms the value of initiatives that foster dialogue between industry and the local community, and it highlights the strength of a company that continues to grow by focusing on innovation, skills, and people.
