This year, in collaboration with Studio Poletti of Imola, we built a horizontal dividing head with a 40-ton tailstock for a Tos Varnsdorf mobile column boring machine, used for machining components for the naval sector.
It is one of the most important dividers for Tos Varnsdorf as it mounts a 6500 Nm torque motor and has a turning diameter of 1250 mm. Other features are: a shaft diameter of 300 mm and a maximum thrust force of 160 kN.
