Baruffaldi Plastic Technology Srl, a Dosi Group company (www.baruffaldi.eu), has acquired PRIMAC Snc, a company established in 1985 by Mr Vittorio Baroni, specialised in the design and construction of machines and systems for processing plastic profiles, particularly smooth and corrugated PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene pipes.

Bringing together Baruffaldi and Primac broadens the range of products and technological solutions on offer to our customers.

This merger brings into being a new, more powerful business group – Baruffaldi, Dosi, Primac – totalling around 60 employees with a turnover of more than 10 million euros. This means greater synergy and new resources available to serve our customers.

With Mr Baroni hands-on presence at Baruffaldi continuity in personal and commercial relations with Primac clientele is guaranteed.
